How to find out right information about right plots or villas?
We should check below points before purchase any plots/Villas in Jaipur.
1. Property should be JDA approved.
2. Property should be RERA approved.
3. View property's JDA approved map to check its plan and surrounding sector roads.
3. Selling Developer and Agent should be RERA authorised.
4. Visit old townships of developer to check its real work on ground.
5. Talk with people who living in their townships what problems they facing and what facilities they using.
6. Check property APF in various banks to get home loan on that property.
7. There shouldn't be very big difference between property market value and its DLC (Agreement) value .
8. Check City master plan to know about its upcoming sector roads and zonal roads for future connectivity.
These are basic points which should consider before purchase any property.
